Important Information

• We do not perform TV mounting services on plaster, tile, stone, or multi-layered facades, nor on external walls.
• In-wall cord concealment is not available for surfaces above a fireplace, or brick.
• Customers must supply any HDMI cables prior to tech arrival or buy ones from us.
• We do not service specialized TV mounting service mounts (motorized, pillar, ceiling, corner, mantel, drop-down).
• We do not install mounts on single studs, surfaces with no studs, or outside locations / exterior surfaces.
• The bottom of the TV cannot measure more than 8 feet from the ground.
• This service does NOT include trash haul away.
• There must be at least (1) wall stud available if toggle bolts are to be used in the absence of another wall stud.
• Parts have a selected number of 30 days for warranty, after this, the item is no longer eligible to return. And there’s a 15% restocking fee if cancellation.
• Onsite service orders that are cancelled by you (within 24 hours or less of date and time slot of the appointment) will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
• Failure to cancel, and upon the arrival of technicians to the site, a $99 (one hour fee) will be imposed.
